Obsession: Skirt Edition

This morning I am totally obsessed with this look from head to toe! I found it on tumblr & I kind of want to take my own spin on it! It's very cute & chic for the summer. The skirt is enough of a pop so the plain t-shirt is perfect! Love! XoXo!
