Salute To The American Flag!

Last year while shopping in Charlotte Russe, I brought a pair of jeans that were a little to big and just left them in my closet. Since it's summertime and I needed shorts I decided to cut the jeans into cuffed shorts. When I saw the american flag shorts, I so wanted a pair but they were $30. So I decided to try and do them myself! The material can be brought at Walmart or any arts and crafts store. I did it and here are the results! XoXo Dee
